Questions before your visit
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a massage appointment to use the sauna?
No. Stand-alone sauna sessions are available.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. You will use the sauna in a private room, and the clinic provides fresh linens, towels and water, as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Please note that a hair dryer is not available.
Do I need to arrive early for my sauna?
No. The session is timed so the sauna is at the right temperature when you arrive.
What is the cost?
$30 including HST for a 20-minute sauna, with time for a rinse in the shower afterward.
Can I listen to something while I am in the sauna?
Yes. You can connect to the sauna’s Bluetooth audio. Bringing your phone into the sauna is not recommended because of the heat.
How can I pay for a session?
For a sauna booked with a treatment, you can pay by debit, credit card or e-transfer. For a stand-alone session, payment can be processed using the credit card on file or by e-transfer.
What are contraindications to sauna use?
A sauna is not recommended if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have metal or pins in your body. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure.
