Billing: The clinic does not offer direct billing. Credit card, debit and e-transfer payments are accepted; ask your therapist for details.
Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or moving an appointment. Late cancellations incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee, and missed appointments incur the full fee.
