This is my 25th year of practicing massage therapy. Over the years my treatment style has evolved. Currently I focus on myofascial release and nervous system support, My treatments can consist of slow gentle stretching and sustained holds along with traditional Swedish massage and cupping. Each treatment is tailored to your goals and together we make a plan that best suits your needs. I am expanding my range of offerings to provide a more balanced approach to a treatment plan. This is an instructional treatment where new parents learn to treat their baby.
This is an instructional treatment where new parents learn to treat their baby. This 45 minute session will demonstrate how to safely provide massage to your newborn. Suitable for up to 6 months. A receipt will be provided in the baby's name as they should be covered under the parents insurance. 1 or 2 parents are welcome to learn.

This treatment includes scalp and neck massage to help alleviate symptoms of jaw clenching and/or TMJ disorders.

This treatment includes scalp and neck massage to help alleviate symptoms of jaw clenching and/or TMJ disorders. Addressing the internal muscles of the jaw helps to provide a full treatment of the head and jaw area. Using PPE and a gloved hand, a digit is inserted into the mouth and pressure is applied to the inner musculature of the jaw. Can be added to any treatment with Cheryl or Melanie.

Insurance
An insurance receipt is provided upon payment.
Billing
The clinic does not offer direct billing. Credit card, debit and e-transfer payments are accepted; ask your therapist for details.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or moving an appointment. Late cancellations incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee, and missed appointments incur the full fee.
